Project Lead,
Hacking Homelessness Project, (Supported by The National Housing Federation)

Claire is an experienced Social Innovator currently working for Cheltenham Borough Homes as well as leading the National Housing Federations project Hacking Homelessness creating the sectors first AI driven tenancy sustainability tool.  Trialling collaboration in the social housing sector on an unprecedented scale; The Greenhouse bought together innovators, experts and chief executives from housing associations to develop our solution for the sector.  Using AI & machine learning algorithms we can now support our changing priorities to a more person-centred approach by understanding the vulnerabilities our tenants face and predict future service need based on the data we hold.

The Hacking Homelessness Project will be discussing how they have successfully used statistical analytics to develop a sector owned tenancy sustainability and support tool.

Delegates will learn how using data as a catalyst will promote collaboration across the sector in preventing evictions and developing data-driven support services to keep tenants in their homes.

More specifically they will learn about the 5 crucial elements which Housing Associations will benefit from in achieving this including sector-specific classification of vulnerabilities, data security, vulnerability analysis, an action plan and industry supported self-learning analytics.
